This person will contribute to modeling and simulation during all stages of drug development including molecule selection, non-clinical dose and regimen selection, first in man studies, Phase II dose/regimen selection and strategic and tactical decision making for the large Phase III clinical studies. This person will work in close partnership with other PK scientists within the department and collaborate with scientists in the Research and Medical Affairs Departments. Responsibilities will include planning and conducting analysis and preparing sections for regulatory filings and presentation of data at cross-functional teams, department meetings, conferences and regulatory meetings.
